This video was filmed to show how to marry the flavours of the sea with flavours of the tree. It shows how to make a foraged flavoured Gin or Vodka along with an Autumn meal of Oysters,coastal vegetables along with foraged wild hedgerow fruits that just happen to grow just above the high tide mark in fact there was Sea Beet growing beneath the Blackthorn , Crab Apple trees and Sea Buckthorn.
I have an issue with Youtube,in that even though over 32,000 of you have subscribed, you are not getting notification of new uploads ,in order for you to receive notifications you need to click on the "Bell" . This is a Youtube issue and I feel that if somebody has subscribed ,then it logically means that they wish to be notified. However on this occasion Youtube is not being logical.
