A longer video than normal, filmed over 2 days in Pembrokeshire, Wales, UK.
We visit an estuary for oysters ten the following day we visit a bay to forage for the other ingredients for the kebabs and cook them there. on day 2 we were accompanied y some wonderful people from the USA for a foraging course. One of which is a marine biologist working on Chesapeake Bay , Maryland. She also makes exceptional natural jewellery ( you can find her online as " Minxes Trinkets").
