Join Ellen (ERYT 500, YACEP) for Foam Rolling & Stretching!
Props: Mat, Foam Roller, Lacrosse/Racquetball, Yoga Strap.

As exercisers, it’s important to pay attention to our flexibility and mobility, in addition to building strength and endurance. This foam rolling and stretching practice is designed as a “full body tuneup”, and is also great on “rest days” from exercise. We will pull out ALL the tools and tricks to help restore ease and flexibility within the whole body. Themes and focus will vary in each class.

We will use a foam roller, lacrosse ball, and a yoga strap as props to support some great stretches–and as massaging tools to help release tensed muscles, restore hydration, and improve the “slide and glide” within the fascia and tissues of our whole body. This is the perfect practice to round out wholebody wellness.
