WHAT ARE “HIP OPENERS”?

HIP OPENER MOBILITY ROUTINE

In this video, I’ll lead you through a 7minute hip mobility routine designed for beginners or people who aren’t very mobile (trust me I’m the perfect guy to lead it!).

Specifically we’ll work through all the motions that are possible at the hip fronttoback (sagittal), sidetoside (frontal), and rotation (transverse).

By the end of this routine you will be feeling and moving a lot better!
