The best way to describe Cabbage Rolls is just plain and simple, comfort food at its best. This amazing dish can be served anytime of the year and the sides are endless. When we're having family or friends over i often think of Cabbage Rolls because they are easy to prepare and they never disappoint, and kids love them. One of the the reasons i love cabbage rolls is because you can serve a few or even a crowd, and because they can be prepared ahead of time and they also freeze well, and you just can't beat that, you can freeze the cabbage instead of boiling it if you like but I've always boiled it without a problem and i like to use the left over cabbage for a salad or coleslaw. I hope you give this dish a try. ❤

375° 1 1/2 hours
INGREDIENTS ______________
1 Large Cabbage (core removed)
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Small chopped onion
3 large Garlic cloves (finely minced)
3 C. Crushed tomatoes
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
Handful chopped fresh Parsley
1 C. Tomato Sauce
Non Stick Spray

MEAT FILLING _____________________
1 1/2 lbs Lean ground beef
1 1/2 C. partially boiled rice
1 Handful freshly chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Pepper as needed
Salt as needed
1 egg

SIDE OF YOUR CHOICE
I chose Mashed Potatoes
