Vegetable Cheese Parcel

Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrots (julienne) 1 cup
Onion (sliced) 1 ½ cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1 ½ cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chili sauce 3 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 2 tbsp
Red chili flakes 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1 cup
Oil (for frying) as required
Bread crumbs (for coating) as required
Beaten eggs (for coating) as required
Samosa patti 1 packet
Flour mixture (allpurpose flour 1/4 cup + water 1 cup)

Directions:
1. In a pan heat oil and onion. Cook for 23 mins. Now add carrot, capsicum, salt, black pepper powder, chili sauce, dark soy sauce, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste and cook for 34 mins. Add cabbage and cook for 23 mins.
2. Set aside and let it cool at room temperature. Add mayonnaise and cheese to the prepared vegetable mixture and mix it well.
3. Now take 2 samosa patti and place them on top each other perpendicularly.
4. Now place the vegetable mixture on the intersecting portion. Brush the flour mixture on the sides and fold them together forming a parcel.
5. Dip these parcels in beaten eggs and then coat in bread crumbs.
6. Deep fry them until crispy and golden in color.
7. Your Vegetable Cheese Parcels are ready. Serve and enjoy.
