CRISPY THAI - STYLE FRIED FISH | SHERSON LIAN

This week’s recipe is a crispy fried whole fish with a lipsmacking Thaistyle sauce to accompany it.

It’s my take on Thaiinspired fried fish. If you’re a fried fish kinda person like me then this is a MUST TRY!!

Ingredients:
1 whole Sea Bass (Ikan Siakap)
30 gm Ginger
50 gm Garlic
2 stalks of Lemongrass
3 bird’s eye chilies
2 nos Lime
1 handful of Thai Basil
40 gm Gula Melaka
1 tbsp Cornflour (coat fish)
1 tsp corn flour (make a slurry)
3 tbsp Fish Sauce
¼ cup water
oil
