Good news to all my vegetarian friends ❤, this week, I will be cooking the Stir Fried Eggplant with Black Beans. It's hearty, flavourful and aromatic. Ingredients:
Eggplant 1
Salt a pinch
Shitake Mushroom 5 nos
Ginger 15 gm
Garlic 4 cloves
Onions ½ nos
Fermented Black beans 30gm

Sauce:
Dark Caramel ½ tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
White peppers
Water a splash
Corn Starch 1 tsp
