It’s a simple dish that is bombarded with umami flavour is what I'm making this week. It is the Chinese Style Stir Fried Mushroom With Basil. It's a flavorful and nutritious dish that pairs perfectly with steamed rice and I can guarantee you, It's gonna be delicious. It’s also a vegetarian dish.
Ingredients:
✏125g Shimiji brown head Mushroom
✏125g Whitehead Shimiji Mushroom
✏200g Oyster Mushroom 200g
✏150g Shitake Mushroom 150g
✏2 nos Shallots (sliced)
✏6 Cloves Garlic (smashed & minced)
✏Oil
Sauce:
✏2 tbsp Soya sauce
✏1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
✏Crack Black pepper
✏1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
✏3 tbsp Kambucha
✏Thai basil (remove stems)
