This Chinese New Year, I’m sharing a centrepieceworthy recipe for you to try that will definitely bring some tears Gong Xi Fa Cai and have an amazing time with your loved ones!

Ingredients:
Snapper
Spring Onion

Chilli Oil

Green Chilli
Dried Chilli
Fermented Bean Paste
Mala Paste
Water
Chicken Seasoning
Wood ear Fungus
Lotus Root
Yellow Onion
Medium Tofu
