Here is the ingredients you will need :

5 lobster tails
5 green onions
3 inches of ginger
2 dry shallots
1/3 cup of water
4 tbsp of Oyster sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of cooking oil
corn starch as needed
salt and pepper
