We saved this talk for today. It’s a special one to us about a really good friend, actually more than a friend, he’s pretty much family to us. Charlie the Irish Soft Coated Wheaten. He’s almost 6 and has been coming to the farm since the beginning at least 3 times a week. He was on the wait list for farm trips when it was only an idea. He’s helped us raise both our girls, been there for all their milestones and today’s his last day at the farm. It’s a sad day for us, we feel like we’re losing one of our own dogs. He was born in Switzerland and moved over to Australia with his family but now he’s moving back again with his family.

I’m going to let Luke talk about his mate, rather than write about Charlie. This was an emotional one for Luke.

It’s not goodbye but see you later Charlie, thank you for all the wonderful times we’ve shared. We’re going to miss you so much.
