BetterHelp is an online therapy platform that can be a more affordable and convenient alternative to inperson (or facetoface) therapy. My experience with BetterHelp taught me a lot about the process of online therapy and I'm thankful. But I am done for now. That doesn’t mean that others can't have a better experience than me (…it really got rough for me toward the end). It might just take some time to find the "right therapist" for you.
