Recipe ☘ Chocolate Strawberry Cake

3 small eggs (5055g/each with shell)
Cake flour 30g
Cocoa powder 10g
Hot water (7080C) 15g
Vegetable oil 25g
Milk 25g
Caster sugar 35g
Lemon juice

Cocoa powder 15g
Cream (mix with cocoa powder) 50g
Icing sugar 20g
Cream (for whipping) 300g

☘ Preheat oven to 145C/295F; Bake at 145C/295F for 40 mins, then turn to 160C/320F and bake for 68 mins。
Please adjust the baking time & temperature according to the oven you use.

☘ 預熱烤箱145C/295F; 先145C/295F烘烤40分鐘然後轉160C/320F烤68分鐘
請根據自家烤箱情況調整烤箱溫度和時間
