This caramel cake uses a fluffy and soft cheese chiffon cake as the base, filled with caramel cream and decorated with crispy Lotus Biscoff, it tastes really unique and delicious.

INGREDIENTS
☘ Cream Cheese Chiffon Cake
3 eggs (55g each with shell)
Vegetable oil 40g
Cake flour 45g
Cream cheese 60g
Warm milk 40g
Caster sugar 50g
Lemon juice

☘Caramel sauce
Caster sugar 60g
Water 25g
Hot cream 130g
Salt 1g

☘Divide the above caramel sauce into 2 portions
Take out 40g of caramel sauce to make the dripping
Gelatine powder 1g
Water 4g

☘The remaining caramel sauce to make caramel cream
Thickened cream 300g

☘** Preheat oven to 145C/295F
** Bake at 145C/295F for 50 mins
** Adjust to 160C/320F for 810 mins
