Today I am craving for Lechon Belly, so I tried to cook and would like to share it with you.

1 1/2 Garlic buo
1 Red Onion
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
8 pcs Lemon Grass Stalk
8 pcs Green Onions
Bay Leaves
Salt and Pepper to taste
