How to Make Lechon Pork Belly (Ala Lechon Cebu)

In today's first cooking 101 video, we are cooking a scrumptious homemade juicy and crispy lechon pork belly. The crispy skin, tender and juicy meat of the pork belly somehow brings the Filipino way of life around the world with us!!

Ingredients you will need are:
4lbs pork belly slab
2 Lemon grass stalk (or more depends on your preference)
4 stalks spring onions (or more depends on your preference)
1 table spoon of ground black pepper
8 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 cup of salt
5 cups of water
3 tablesspoon of milk + 1 tablespoon of water

Preheat your oven to 190 C

If you want it bubbly cripsy, poke the skin before baking. Bake it until crispy❤
