Ingredients
2 1/2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni
1 small onion, chopped (red onion works well in this dish too)
3 4 stalks of celery, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and chopped
3 hard boild eggs, chopped
2 TBsp of Dill Pickle Relish
2 cups of Miracle Whip
3 TBsp of Yellow Mustard
3/4 cup of sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons of white vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp celery seed

Boil Pasta according to package. In a very large bowl mix together, onion, celery, red pepper, hard boiled eggs, dill pickle relish. Set aside. In a smaller bowl mix together, Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, white vinegar, salt and celery seed. Add sauce to veggies and mix well, add macaroni and mix all together. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
