PA DUTCH AMISH MACARONI SALAD

INGREDIENTS

2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
3 hardcooked eggs chopped + 1 sliced for garnish
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped Celery
1 small red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 cups creamy salad dressing (e.g. Miracle Whip)
3 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 cup white sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon celery seed
dash of paprika

DIRECTIONS

Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and cool.

Mix eggs and veggies together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour over macaroni and mix well.
Garnish with the last hard boiled egg, sliced and a paprika.
Chill at least an hr before serving, overnight is even better!
