Fig, Feta, and Walnut Pizza with Salsa Verde
You Will Need
1 store bought pizza dough
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup salsa verde
810 figs, sliced
1/2 fresh jalapeño, sliced
3/4 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Spread the dough onto a cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Bake at 400 until golden brown but not all the way done. Then remove from the oven and, working quickly, add 1/2 cup of the salsa, along with the figs, jalapeños, feta, and walnuts.

Then return to the oven and bake for 510 more minutes. Drizzle with the remaining salsa verde and an extra sprinkle of cheese if desired. Serve and enjoy!
