peanut tofu: 1 big tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, pepper, water to thin

honey mustard dressing: 1 tbsp grainy mustard, 1/2 tbsp honey, 12 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
other ingredients: arugula, cucumber, tomato, dill, parsley, parsley, (crispy) chickpeas, quinoa

caesar dressing: 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp each of soy sauce, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp capers, 1 tsp dijon mustard, pepper, about 1/3 cup (60ml) water to thin
other ingredients: croutons, chickpeas, lettuce, parsley, radishes, scallion greens
