Ingredients:
34 tablespoons avocado oil*, divided
8 ounces mushrooms, cleaned and rough chopped
1 teaspoon Kosher salt, divided in half
3 tablespoons vegan Worcestershire sauce, divided (using my oen recipe away)
3/4 cup canned beets
1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 can black beans, rinsed
