Dr Joel Fuhrman, M.D., a boardcertified family physician and seventime New York Times bestselling author, brings a distinct perspective to nutritional wellness. With over 30 years in the field, he specialises in preventing and reversing disease through nutritional methods. Serving as the President of the Nutritional Research Foundation and on the faculty of Northern Arizona University's Health Sciences division, Dr Fuhrman coined the term “Nutritarian” to describe a nutrientdense eating style designed to combat diseases like cancer and extend lifespan.
