R E C E T A S :

1 Pancakes stuffed with apples:

2/3 cup whole wheat flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt + 3/4 cup vegetable milk, regular or even water + 1 tsp olive oil or coconut oil.

2 Avocado toast with crispy egg:

1 slice of whole wheat bread + ½ avocado + 1 egg + 23 tbsp goat cheese, feta or ricotta + pinch of chili flakes (omit if you don't like spicy) + salt and pepper to taste + 1 tsp honey.

3 Breakfast tacos:

For the avocado: ½ avocado + 1 tsp chopped cilantro + 1 tsp basil + 1 tsp Chinese onion + 2 tbsp chopped tomato + salt and pepper to taste + lemon drops.

To assemble the tacos: 2 small tortillas + 2 eggs + pieces of cheese + salt and pepper to taste.

4 Protein Cookies: 3 cups oatmeal + 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp vanilla + ¼ cup honey + 30 g protein powder (vanilla flavor) + 1 cup peanut butter + 1⁄3 cup of vegetable or regular milk.

5 Sandwich with Egg Salad:

2 slices of whole wheat bread + 2 hard boiled eggs + ½ avocado + 1 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp light mayonnaise + salt and pepper to taste + 1 tsp mustard
