In this video I got 5 exercises to target your lats (latissimus dorsi). I recommend adding a few of the them to your routine and alternate from time to time.

1. Single Arm Dumbbell Row*
2. Lat Pulldown (close underhand grip)
3. PullUp (wide overhand grip) & ChinUp (close neutral grip)
4. StraightArm Pulldown
5. Dumbbell Pullover
