WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO STAY SHREDDED (VEGAN)

Whaaaatssss gooood, full day of eating with me, all vegan.
Enjoy and maybe prepare one of the dishes for yourself:)

Full Recipes

Vegan French Toast:
For the batter you take 1 Banana, Maple syrup, cinnamon and some almond milk
Mix until its smooth
Take a nonstick pan over a high heat and a some coconut oil
Cover one toast with the batter and roast it for 34 Min. on each side
Repeat this step and add always a little bit of oil to the pan before you add the toast
Toppings: Some Strawberries & 1 Banana, sprinkle over some maple syrup and coconut flakes

Protein Shake:
In a blender bottle goes:
1 Banana
1 Scoop Protein Powder
50G Strawberries
Some Peppermint Leaves
100G Frozen Raspberries
A handful of Cashews
Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
Tsp. Peanut Butter
Fill it up with Almond Milk (or any plant based milk)
Additionally I take 1 Cap. Vegan Essential (Vitamins & Minerals)

Fried Rice:
1/2 Red Pepper, 1 Onion, 1/2 Carrot
Cut it in small chunks then
Take a nonstick pan over a high heat add the veggies and let them soften for 2 Min.
Add some spices: Chili Flakes, Garlic powder, Coriander, Garam Masala, Salt & Pepper
Add some planted Chicken (I took 80G), 100G Spinach, Cooked wild rice (100G) and 100G Edamame (defrosted) and mix all together
Add some soy sauce, a touch of sriracha and the juice of half a lime
