Each workout of the competition involves specific equipment and movement standards, and each member of the team is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the workout description.

The top 25% of teams from the Open are invited to compete in the second virtual stage of the CrossFit Games season. The top 30 teams in each region will compete at their respective inperson Semifinal.

→ Window 1: Wednesday, April 3, 12 p.m. PTSaturday, April 6, 5 p.m. PT.
→ Window 2: Saturday, April 6, 5 p.m. PTMonday, April 8, 5 p.m. PT.
