My goto when I'm at a Malatang restaurant
1. Knife cut noodles
2. 2 x Beef balls
3. 2 x Fish balls
4. Fatty beef slices
5. Konjac vermicelli
6. wambok
7. raddish (but only if they cook it for long enough so that it's nice and soft)
8. Soup base tomato soup

We are continuing with the theme of noodles on this channel and in this video we head to Malatang 麻辣烫! See this is something that i do like to go whenever i cant be bother cooking you can choose your own ingredients, choose your noodles and pay however much your bowl weighs.

There are various malatang restaurants here in Sydney whenever i am in the city, i head to Zhang Liang Malatang (张亮麻辣烫) i feel there is more of what i like there ( i really like their knife cut noodles).

if you havent been you should definitely check it out! it's getting colder here in sydney so a nice hot bowl of noodles sounds gooooood.
