Hello, my dearest subscribers and viewers! Today I'm going to show you a stunning recipe that can help you lose up to 10 kg in a week, and the best part is that you can eat at least three times a day! In this video, we make lentil bread in just 5 minutes it's delicious, healthy, and super easy to prepare.

We start with a cup (240g) of red lentils, which we grind in a coffee grinder. Then we add a teaspoon of garlic, 10g of raising agent, and 35g of psyllium seeds. Mix everything well and add salt to taste.

Next, add 40g of sunflower seeds, which we chop with a knife and mix well again. Then add 350ml water and 30ml olive oil and mix everything well again. Let it stand for 5 minutes while we slice up some sundried tomatoes.

Now we shape the bread sticks, lightly oiling our hands and brushing them with water before sprinkling them with black sesame seeds. Then we bake the bread at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes. The result? An incredibly tasty and healthy bread that fills you up and helps you lose weight!

Ingredients for Recipe 1:
1 cup 240g red lentils.
1 teaspoon garlic.
10g baking powder.
35g psyllium seeds.
Salt to taste.
40g sunflower seeds.
350ml water.
35ml olive oil.

Ingredients for Recipe 2:
1.5 cups red lentils 300g.
Water.
1 cup whole grain brown rice.
You can also use other flour, for example, cornmeal.
50g psyllium seeds.
Sweet smoked paprika.
Salt.
Black pepper.
