VN24 Dortmund / Germany Heavy traffic accident on the A2. At 07:50 clock it came on the A2 in the direction of Hanover to a serious traffic accident. A 62yearold truck driver from Poland overlooked a constructionrelated traffic jam about 2 km in front of the Kamen / Bergkamen junction and drove on the righthand lane onto the semi trailer truck of a 41yearold Pole. The trailer truck of the 41yearold was thereby pushed onto the truck of a 52yearold Dortmunder. As a result of the impact, the cargo of the truck of the 62yearold (editor's note: a 16ton sheet steel coil) broke away and tore off the cab. The 62yearold and the 52yearold were only slightly injured in the accident according to the current state. An ambulance and a rescue helicopter took her to a hospital.
