Welcome to my channel. The goal of which is to provide the best possible advice for companies, business, careers, work and jobs.

It can sometimes feel like the world is out to get you. From first jobs, to pay rises, to bosses, school, to college, to ridiculous job applications to incredibly unfair working cultures. My aim is to make it all that little bit easier.

From talking to people directly to a deep dive into topics about work and working culture, there are three core rules that I abide by.

1) Supporting common sense in the workplace
2) Calling out hypocritical companies and toxic work practices
3) Making money the right way

I have been an entrepreneur for ten years. Having built and sold my first company Verb which was a digital marketing company I am tackling the green technology space, growing my new company Gaia to be one of the UK's leading environmental companies.
