This boss managed to steal credit, be misogynistic in how he treated his female employees, forget that he had fired someone and then tried to get the person who he fired to rat out his fellow employees.

Just one of those would have been enough to get a spot on this show. And so to somehow manage to cover all of those bases is just mind blowing.

The ego that accompanies this type of management does nothing but damage the success of a business. And so we saw, not only did some of the most capable people leave (instantly in some cases) but over thirty people quit in just three months. No business can handle that sort of retention rate and not suffer losses.
