材料Ingredients
大頭蝦 700克 Shrimp 700g
薑片 5片 Sliced Ginger 5pcs

紹興酒 2湯匙 Shaoxing Chinese Wine 2tbsp
鹽焗雞粉 25克 Spicy Bake Mix 25g
