1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
3/4 cup Light soy sauce
1/2 cup each, dark soy sauce, rice wine, brown sugar
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1 bulb garlic (smacked only)
3 oz ginger (about 4 thumb size, sliced)
3 pcs star anise
1 pc cinnamon bark
2 pcs dried tangerine peels
1 tsp ve spice seasoning
