大閘蟹好多人每年都會食一半係屋企整到係就咁清蒸熱食。呢個食法當然好食不過大家又知唔知道有另一個食法叫做『冰醉』即係將佢哋當醉蟹咁凍食去到呢度大家會聯想到坊間有餐廳做『生醃』同埋『熟醃』。 今次呢個版本係後者最安全嘅處理方式因為我本人唔係好建議將大閘蟹生醃。
