薑蔥蠔油炆雞翼 Braised Chicken Wing in Oyster Sauce with Ginger u0026 Scallion **字幕CC Eng. Sub**

材料
雞翼1公斤
蠔油2湯匙
薑、蔥、蒜頭適量
紹興酒1湯匙
生抽1湯匙
老抽1湯匙
糖1湯匙
100毫升熱水
油適量

做法
1⃣ 雞翼洗淨吸乾水蒜頭略拍薑切片蔥分開蔥白蔥綠切段備用。
2⃣ 熱鍋下油下雞翼煎至兩面微黃下薑片、蒜頭和蔥白爆香。
3⃣ 加入1湯匙紹興酒、1湯匙生抽、1湯匙老抽、2湯匙蠔油、1湯匙糖、100毫升熱水用中火炆8分鐘。
4⃣ 試味加適量鹽(如須要)撒上蔥段即可出鍋。

Ingredients:
Chicken wings 1 kg
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Ginger, scallion, garlic, as needed
Shaoxing wine 1 tbsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Hot water 100 ml
Oil, as needed

Cooking Directions:
1⃣ Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry. Slightly crush the garlic cloves, slice the ginger, and chop the spring onions into white and green parts. Set aside.
2⃣ Heat oil in a wok, add the chicken wings and fry until both sides are slightly brown. Add ginger slices, garlic and the white part of the spring onions and stirfry until fragrant.
3⃣ Add 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 100 ml of hot water. Braise over medium heat for 8 minutes.
4⃣ Taste and add salt as needed. Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
