【檸檬雞翼】Lemon Chicken Wings

食材 Ingredients
雞翼15隻750g、15 chicken wings 750g

調味料 Seasoning
檸檬6片、6 slices of lemon
姜6片、6 slices ginger
片糖80g、80g brown sugar slices
豉油兩湯匙、2 tbsp soy sauce
蠔油1湯匙、1 tbsp oyster sauce
老抽半茶匙、1/2 tsp dark soysauce

☑ 檸檬籽會有苦澀味一定要去掉
