工具打蛋攪拌器
1 使用大一點的容器加入雞蛋、鹽、白砂糖..檸檬汁攪拌無糖顆粒
2 慢慢加入油酯攪拌成黏稠狀油慢慢加入攪拌反覆此步驟
3 逐次少許加入的油紙才不會油水分離喔
3 攪拌直到呈現滑順濃稠香膏狀
4 美乃滋呈現濃稠半固體狀攪拌器拉起呈尖角狀不會流下就完成囉
密封放置冰箱冷藏
