pork butt and pork belly. total of about 3 lbs in this video.

Ingredients:
5 soup spoons soy sauce.
8 soup spoons sugar.
3 soup spoons ketchup.
1 cube beancurd
1 teaspoon Sesame with peanut sauce.
2 tablespoon chee hau sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
1 tablespoon ground bean sauce.
1 tablespoon hoisen sauce.
1 tablespoon chicken knorr.
1 teaspoon ginger powder. can use fresh ginger.
1 tablespoon minced garlic.
5 drops red food coloring (optional)

425° on bake.
30 minutes.
add 5 minutes if pieces are bigger.

drizzle honey once you take pork out of oven.
