I've been waiting for a while but YAY! finally got my first dose! I got it the day before my birthday. I had a super happy lockdown bday and I honestly couldn't have asked for better company. Feeling so grateful for my friends and family this year! Wilfred also does some super funny stuff in this video which makes me can't stop laughing at my tux cat!

The government finally opened up the eligibility of the first dose to people of my demographics! In my area everything was being split by area codes and I wasn't able to get mine until the last phase of the vaccine roll out plan. I was so happy and excited to finally be vaxed and it just so happened to be on the day before my birthday! Honestly felt like the government's birthday present to me! In terms of symptoms, I didn't really feel anything except for a sore arm. I was pretty lucky!

Although I had to work on my birthday I really didn't mind at all! I was surprised with so gifts throughout the day which made me feel so special and loved on my bday! After work we went to pick up Sushi and a cake at Patisserie Fleur. It was my first time getting cake there but I had such a great experience. The Early Grey Pear Cake was so delicious. Even Wilfred was trying to sneak onto the table to get himself a bite! My mom was trying to block his path in the video with a tissue box but it didn't really work haha!
