Wine Company Used my Last Name | QOTD

Question of the Day: I want to sue a wine company for using my last name.

It’s usually not illegal for a product to use a trademark that’s the same as a person’s last name, as long as they’re not using your image or likeness to sell the product. Lots of people have the same last name and U.S. law allows people to name their product or business after themselves.

If legal questions were easy, we wouldn’t need lawyers.
