Using a yummy plate of lunch and blending it up into something yucky, we teach that obeying your parents is like eating a plate of food. It’s good for you and it’s the right thing to do. When we disobey our parents, it’s like eating blended food, it’s not the best and it doesn’t ”taste” good because it’s not the right thing to do. The Holy Spirit gives us the power to obey our parents.
