Bodega Truck is the first and only chopped cheese food truck in New York City. Ride along with owner Jeremy Batista, aka Chop Cheese Papi, as he starts the 18hour workday as early as 3:30 a.m. to pick up ingredients, snag a parking spot, and serve fresh, hot chopped cheese in the city's busiest neighborhoods.
