Which Salt Is Best | Dr. J9 Live

In this video, Dr. Janine talks about the different types of salt and which salt is best. She looks at table salt which is heavily ground and has most of its nutrients removed. She talks about sea salt and how it can contain other nutrients like potassium, iron, and calcium. She explains that Himalayan salt doesn’t actually come from the Himalayas. Lastly, Dr. Janine looks at Celtic salt, mostly from France, and explains that it often contains less sodium, than the other salts.
