Hello, in this video I wanted to share my why and how I managed to me a lifestyle change and put my health first. Through keto and intermittent fasting I have been able to loose 45 lbs. and manage to continue to keep going.
I also wanted to share some tips if you are in the same place on how to make the change for yourself! Keep your head high, stay strong and know your WHY.
