Weekend with Georgian cuisine: chakhokhbili according to the recipe of Stalic Khankishiev

This is how the world works there are no two ideally similar people, and chakhokhbili is also prepared differently not only in different regions of Georgia, but even two neighbors have different chakhokhbili!
I bring to your attention my interpretation of chakhokhbili and, if you like, a recipe from perhaps the best book on Georgian cuisine by T.P. Sulakvelidze.
Ingredients
1 pc Chicken
4 pcs Onion
2 tbsp Butter
700 gr Tomato
1 pc Hot pepper
5 sprigs of cilantro
3 sprigs Basil
to taste Salt
to taste Ground black pepper

Instructions
Rinse the young chicken carcass and cut into small pieces.
Onion cut into thin feathers. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Finely chop the cilantro and basil leaves.
In a deep saucepan, heat the butter, put the onion and simmer it over low heat until transparent.
Put chopped chicken, chopped hot pepper, salt and ground black pepper to taste, cilantro and basil leaves, tomatoes in a saucepan and mix.
Simmer covered for about 1 hour until done.
When serving, place the chicken pieces on the plates and pour over the sauce generously. Serve with any side dish and bread, preferably flatbread.
