Roast Beef recipe:
45lb beef chuck roast
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 cloves garlic, pressed
This is for a 5lb roast. I've substituted soy sauce with Worcestershire sauce and that's delicious as well.

Bake for 6hs @300degrees or use the crockpot like I did.
