Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake is where it's at today on Dine It Frugal! I had actually discovered this cheap and easy to make cheesecake in the cookbook of my air fryer, I tried to make it in the air fryer once and it overflowed into a huge mess, so I adapted it to make in a regular oven and it's become a huge hit. Because it uses Ricotta instead of Cream Cheese it's much cheaper to make than other types of cheesecake and it also has no base, so you can just mix it all together, please it into a baking tin and there you have it, a delicious cheesecake to share!
