This Spatchcock Oven Roasted Whole Turkey is juicy and will melt in your mouth

Ingredients
Turkey 2.3 kg
Korean Barbecue Marinade Cooking Spray
Lemon Pepper Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Hot Pepper Mix
Herbs Mix
Chicken Broth Mix
Paprika

Combine all the dry mix
Apply spray oil all over turkey
Apply Barbecue Marinade all over turkey
Apply Dry Mix all over turkey
Once completely seasoned,
cover and refrigerate until ready to roast
Transfer to a roasting dish or tray
I used some Lemon slices,
Carrots, onions, dill as base
Place Turkey in and garnish more
Preheat oven to 350°
for 3 hours for this Turkey size (2.3kg)
After about 2 hrs, apply left over marinade
