Thelma is an incredibly sweet and cute Australian Kelpie mix who was rescued by the Arizona Humane Society from the San Carlos Reservation as a sick stray all the way back in February of this year. Thanks to the Banfield Foundation, AHS has hosted a number of mobile vet clinics to provide accessible veterinary care to pets in our community.

Thelma was in need of medical help and transferred to AHS’ trauma hospital for care for a number of ailments including tick fever and surgery for her painful eyes. This cute girl is looking for a special home – one that will understand her needs and be patient with her, also since she is blind, stairs and pools will need to be gated however she adapts to her environment really quickly and loves treats!
